So much for getting a chance to wear shorts.<\/p>\n<p>Tokyo Sea Park is unique in the world and pretty impressive. Even with the incredibly cold winds there were lineups for all the rides. The Toy Story Mania attraction wait was 8 hours when we checked on it.
